12:1 เหล่านี้เป็นบรรดากฎเกณฑ์และคำตัดสินทั้งหลายซึ่งพวกท่านต้องระวังที่จะกระทำตามในแผ่นดิน ซึ่งพระเยโฮวาห์พระเจ้าแห่งบรรพบุรุษของท่านประทานแก่ท่านเพื่อยึดครองแผ่นดินนั้น ตลอดวันทั้งหลายที่พวกท่านมีชีวิตอยู่บนแผ่นดินโลก
Statutes and Judgments for Israel in Canaan
12:1 These are the statutes and judgments, which ye shall observe to do in the land, which the LORD God of thy fathers giveth thee to possess it, all the days that ye live upon the earth.
12:2 พวกท่านต้องทำลายบรรดาสถานที่เหล่านั้นเสียสิ้น ซึ่งบรรดาประชาชาติที่พวกท่านจะยึดครองนั้นใช้เป็นที่ปรนนิบัติพระต่าง ๆ ของพวกเขา บนบรรดาภูเขาสูงและบนเนินเขาทั้งหลาย และใต้ต้นไม้เขียวสดทุกต้น
12:2 Ye shall utterly destroy all the places, wherein the nations which ye shall possess served their gods, upon the high mountains, and upon the hills, and under every green tree:
12:3 และพวกท่านต้องรื้อถอนบรรดาแท่นบูชาของพวกเขาเสีย และทุบเสาศักดิ์สิทธิ์ทั้งหลายของพวกเขาเสียให้แหลกละเอียด และเผาเหล่าเสารูปเคารพของพวกเขาเสียด้วยไฟ และพวกท่านต้องฟันทำลายบรรดารูปเคารพแกะสลักแห่งรูปพระทั้งหลายของพวกเขาเสีย และทำลายบรรดาชื่อของพระเหล่านั้นออกเสียจากสถานที่นั้น
12:3 And ye shall overthrow their altars, and break their pillars, and burn their groves with fire; and ye shall hew down the graven images of their gods, and destroy the names of them out of that place.
12:4 พวกท่านต้องไม่กระทำดังนั้นแก่พระเยโฮวาห์พระเจ้าของพวกท่าน
12:4 Ye shall not do so unto the LORD your God.
12:5 แต่สำหรับสถานที่ซึ่งพระเยโฮวาห์พระเจ้าของพวกท่านจะทรงเลือกออกจากบรรดาเผ่าของพวกท่าน เพื่อให้พระนามของพระองค์ประทับที่นั่น คือพวกท่านต้องแสวงหาที่ประทับของพระองค์ และท่านต้องมาเฝ้าที่นั่น
12:5 But unto the place which the LORD your God shall choose out of all your tribes to put his name there, even unto his habitation shall ye seek, and thither thou shalt come:
12:6 และพวกท่านต้องนำบรรดาเครื่องเผาบูชาของพวกท่านไปที่นั่น และเครื่องสัตวบูชาทั้งหลายของพวกท่าน และบรรดาสิบชักหนึ่งของพวกท่าน และเครื่องบูชายกขึ้นลงทั้งหลายจากมือของพวกท่าน และบรรดาเครื่องบูชาปฏิญาณของพวกท่าน และเครื่องบูชาที่ถวายด้วยความสมัครใจทั้งหลายของพวกท่าน และบรรดาผลแรกจากฝูงวัวของพวกท่านและฝูงแพะแกะของพวกท่าน
12:6 And thither ye shall bring your burnt offerings, and your sacrifices, and your tithes, and heave offerings of your hand, and your vows, and your freewill offerings, and the firstlings of your herds and of your flocks:
12:7 และที่นั่นพวกท่านต้องรับประทานต่อพระพักตร์พระเยโฮวาห์พระเจ้าของพวกท่าน และพวกท่านต้องปีติยินดีในทุกสิ่งที่พวกท่านใช้มือของพวกท่านกระทำ ตัวพวกท่านและครอบครัวของพวกท่าน ที่ซึ่งพระเยโฮวาห์พระเจ้าของท่านได้ทรงอวยพรท่าน
12:7 And there ye shall eat before the LORD your God, and ye shall rejoice in all that ye put your hand unto, ye and your households, wherein the LORD thy God hath blessed thee.
12:8 พวกท่านต้องไม่กระทำตามทุกสิ่งที่พวกเรากระทำอยู่ที่นี่ในวันนี้ คือทุกคนกระทำสิ่งใดก็ตามที่ถูกต้องในสายตาของตนเอง
12:8 Ye shall not do after all the things that we do here this day, every man whatsoever is right in his own eyes.
12:9 เพราะว่าพวกท่านยังไม่มาถึงที่หยุดพักนั้นและถึงมรดกนั้น ซึ่งพระเยโฮวาห์พระเจ้าของพวกท่านประทานแก่พวกท่าน
12:9 For ye are not as yet come to the rest and to the inheritance, which the LORD your God giveth you.
12:10 แต่เมื่อพวกท่านข้ามแม่น้ำจอร์แดนไปแล้ว และอาศัยอยู่ในแผ่นดินซึ่งพระเยโฮวาห์พระเจ้าของพวกท่านประทานเป็นมรดกแก่พวกท่าน และเมื่อพระองค์โปรดให้พวกท่านพักสงบพ้นจากบรรดาศัตรูของพวกท่านที่อยู่รอบข้างแล้ว จนพวกท่านอาศัยอยู่อย่างปลอดภัย
12:10 But when ye go over Jordan, and dwell in the land which the LORD your God giveth you to inherit, and when he giveth you rest from all your enemies round about, so that ye dwell in safety;
12:11 แล้วจะมีสถานที่แห่งหนึ่งซึ่งพระเยโฮวาห์พระเจ้าของพวกท่านจะทรงเลือกไว้ เพื่อทำให้พระนามของพระองค์ประทับที่นั่น พวกท่านต้องนำบรรดาสิ่งต่าง ๆ มาที่นั่น ตามที่ข้าพเจ้าบัญชาพวกท่าน คือบรรดาเครื่องเผาบูชาของพวกท่าน และเครื่องสัตวบูชาทั้งหลายของพวกท่าน บรรดาสิบชักหนึ่งของพวกท่าน และเครื่องบูชายกขึ้นลงแห่งมือของพวกท่าน และบรรดาเครื่องบูชาปฏิญาณที่ดีที่สุดซึ่งพวกท่านปฏิญาณต่อพระเยโฮวาห์
12:11 Then there shall be a place which the LORD your God shall choose to cause his name to dwell there; thither shall ye bring all that I command you; your burnt offerings, and your sacrifices, your tithes, and the heave offering of your hand, and all your choice vows which ye vow unto the LORD:
12:12 และพวกท่านต้องปีติยินดีต่อพระพักตร์พระเยโฮวาห์พระเจ้าของพวกท่าน ตัวพวกท่าน และบรรดาบุตรชายของพวกท่าน และบุตรสาวทั้งหลายของพวกท่าน และพวกคนใช้ชายของพวกท่าน และพวกสาวใช้ของพวกท่าน และคนเลวีที่อยู่ภายในประตูเมืองทั้งหลายของพวกท่าน เพราะเขาไม่มีส่วนแบ่งหรือส่วนมรดกกับพวกท่าน
12:12 And ye shall rejoice before the LORD your God, ye, and your sons, and your daughters, and your menservants, and your maidservants, and the Levite that is within your gates; forasmuch as he hath no part nor inheritance with you.
12:13 จงเอาใจใส่ตัวท่านเองให้ดี ที่ท่านจะไม่ถวายบรรดาเครื่องเผาบูชาของท่านในสถานที่ทุกแห่งที่ท่านเห็น
12:13 Take heed to thyself that thou offer not thy burnt offerings in every place that thou seest:
12:14 แต่ในสถานที่ซึ่งพระเยโฮวาห์จะทรงเลือกไว้ในเผ่าหนึ่งเผ่าใดของท่าน ท่านต้องถวายบรรดาเครื่องเผาบูชาของท่านที่นั่น และที่นั่นท่านต้องกระทำทุกสิ่งที่ข้าพเจ้าบัญชาท่าน
12:14 But in the place which the LORD shall choose in one of thy tribes, there thou shalt offer thy burnt offerings, and there thou shalt do all that I command thee.
12:15 แต่อย่างไรก็ตามท่านจะฆ่าสัตว์และรับประทานเนื้อในประตูเมืองทั้งหลายของท่านก็ได้ สิ่งใดก็ตามที่จิตใจของท่านปรารถนา ตามพระพรของพระเยโฮวาห์พระเจ้าของท่านซึ่งพระองค์ได้ประทานแก่ท่าน ผู้ที่เป็นมลทินและผู้ที่สะอาดก็รับประทานสิ่งนั้นได้ อย่างของเนื้อละมั่งและของเนื้อกวาง
12:15 Notwithstanding thou mayest kill and eat flesh in all thy gates, whatsoever thy soul lusteth after, according to the blessing of the LORD thy God which he hath given thee: the unclean and the clean may eat thereof, as of the roebuck, and as of the hart.
12:16 เพียงแต่พวกท่านต้องไม่รับประทานเลือดเลย พวกท่านต้องเทเลือดนั้นลงบนพื้นดินเหมือนอย่างน้ำ
12:16 Only ye shall not eat the blood; ye shall pour it upon the earth as water.
12:17 ท่านต้องไม่รับประทานภายในประตูเมืองทั้งหลายของท่าน ส่วนสิบชักหนึ่งของพืชของท่าน หรือของน้ำองุ่นของท่าน หรือของน้ำมันของท่าน หรือบรรดาผลแรกแห่งฝูงวัวของท่านหรือฝูงแพะแกะของท่าน หรือเครื่องบูชาปฏิญาณใด ๆ ซึ่งท่านปฏิญาณ หรือบรรดาเครื่องบูชาที่ถวายด้วยความสมัครใจของท่าน หรือเครื่องบูชายกขึ้นลงแห่งมือของท่าน
12:17 Thou mayest not eat within thy gates the tithe of thy corn, or of thy wine, or of thy oil, or the firstlings of thy herds or of thy flock, nor any of thy vows which thou vowest, nor thy freewill offerings, or heave offering of thine hand:
12:18 แต่ท่านต้องรับประทานของเหล่านี้ต่อพระพักตร์พระเยโฮวาห์พระเจ้าของท่าน ในสถานที่ซึ่งพระเยโฮวาห์พระเจ้าของท่านจะทรงเลือกไว้ ตัวท่าน และบุตรชายของท่าน และบุตรสาวของท่าน และคนใช้ชายของท่าน และสาวใช้ของท่าน และคนเลวีที่อยู่ภายในประตูเมืองทั้งหลายของท่าน และท่านต้องปีติยินดีต่อพระพักตร์พระเยโฮวาห์พระเจ้าของท่าน ในทุกสิ่งที่ท่านใช้มือของท่านกระทำนั้น
12:18 But thou must eat them before the LORD thy God in the place which the LORD thy God shall choose, thou, and thy son, and thy daughter, and thy manservant, and thy maidservant, and the Levite that is within thy gates: and thou shalt rejoice before the LORD thy God in all that thou puttest thine hands unto.
12:19 จงเอาใจใส่ตัวท่านเองให้ดี ที่ท่านจะไม่ทอดทิ้งคนเลวีตราบเท่าที่ท่านมีชีวิตอยู่บนแผ่นดินโลก
12:19 Take heed to thyself that thou forsake not the Levite as long as thou livest upon the earth.
12:20 เมื่อพระเยโฮวาห์พระเจ้าของท่านจะทรงขยายเขตแดนของท่าน ตามที่พระองค์ได้ทรงสัญญาไว้กับท่านแล้วนั้น และท่านจะกล่าวว่า ข้าจะกินเนื้อ เพราะจิตใจของท่านอยากรับประทานเนื้อ ท่านรับประทานเนื้อก็ได้ สิ่งใดก็ตามที่จิตใจของท่านปรารถนา
12:20 When the LORD thy God shall enlarge thy border, as he hath promised thee, and thou shalt say, I will eat flesh, because thy soul longeth to eat flesh; thou mayest eat flesh, whatsoever thy soul lusteth after.
12:21 ถ้าสถานที่ซึ่งพระเยโฮวาห์พระเจ้าของท่านทรงเลือกไว้เพื่อให้พระนามของพระองค์ประทับที่นั่น อยู่ไกลจากท่านเกินไป แล้วท่านต้องฆ่าจากฝูงวัวของท่านและจากฝูงแพะแกะของท่าน ซึ่งพระเยโฮวาห์ได้ประทานแก่ท่าน ตามที่ข้าพเจ้าบัญชาท่านไว้แล้วนั้น และท่านต้องรับประทานในประตูเมืองทั้งหลายของท่าน สิ่งใดก็ตามที่จิตใจของท่านปรารถนา
12:21 If the place which the LORD thy God hath chosen to put his name there be too far from thee, then thou shalt kill of thy herd and of thy flock, which the LORD hath given thee, as I have commanded thee, and thou shalt eat in thy gates whatsoever thy soul lusteth after.
12:22 คือเหมือนละมั่งและกวางถูกรับประทาน ท่านต้องรับประทานพวกมันดังนั้น ผู้ที่เป็นมลทินและผู้ที่สะอาดต้องรับประทานจากพวกมันเหมือนกัน
12:22 Even as the roebuck and the hart is eaten, so thou shalt eat them: the unclean and the clean shall eat of them alike.
12:23 ขอเพียงจงแน่ใจว่าท่านไม่รับประทานเลือดเลย เพราะว่าเลือดเป็นชีวิต และท่านต้องไม่รับประทานชีวิตพร้อมกับเนื้อ
12:23 Only be sure that thou eat not the blood: for the blood is the life; and thou mayest not eat the life with the flesh.
12:24 ท่านต้องไม่รับประทานเลือด ท่านต้องเทเลือดนั้นลงบนพื้นดินเหมือนอย่างน้ำ
12:24 Thou shalt not eat it; thou shalt pour it upon the earth as water.
12:25 ท่านต้องไม่รับประทานเลือด เพื่อจะเกิดผลดีแก่ท่าน และแก่ลูก ๆ ของท่านที่มาภายหลังท่าน เมื่อท่านจะกระทำสิ่งซึ่งถูกต้องในสายพระเนตรของพระเยโฮวาห์
12:25 Thou shalt not eat it; that it may go well with thee, and with thy children after thee, when thou shalt do that which is right in the sight of the LORD.
12:26 เพียงแต่สิ่งบริสุทธิ์ทั้งหลายของท่านซึ่งท่านมีอยู่ และบรรดาเครื่องบูชาปฏิญาณของท่านนั้น ท่านต้องนำไป และไปยังสถานที่ซึ่งพระเยโฮวาห์จะทรงเลือกไว้
12:26 Only thy holy things which thou hast, and thy vows, thou shalt take, and go unto the place which the LORD shall choose:
12:27 และท่านต้องถวายบรรดาเครื่องเผาบูชาของท่าน เนื้อและเลือด บนแท่นบูชาของพระเยโฮวาห์พระเจ้าของท่าน และเลือดแห่งเครื่องสัตวบูชาทั้งหลายของท่านนั้น ต้องถูกเทลงบนแท่นบูชาของพระเยโฮวาห์พระเจ้าของท่าน และท่านต้องรับประทานเนื้อนั้น
12:27 And thou shalt offer thy burnt offerings, the flesh and the blood, upon the altar of the LORD thy God: and the blood of thy sacrifices shall be poured out upon the altar of the LORD thy God, and thou shalt eat the flesh.
12:28 จงเอาใจใส่และฟังบรรดาถ้อยคำเหล่านี้ซึ่งข้าพเจ้าบัญชาท่านไว้ เพื่อจะเกิดผลดีแก่ท่าน และแก่ลูก ๆ ของท่านที่มาภายหลังท่านเป็นนิตย์ เมื่อท่านกระทำสิ่งซึ่งดีและถูกต้องในสายพระเนตรของพระเยโฮวาห์พระเจ้าของท่าน
12:28 Observe and hear all these words which I command thee, that it may go well with thee, and with thy children after thee for ever, when thou doest that which is good and right in the sight of the LORD thy God.
12:29 เมื่อพระเยโฮวาห์พระเจ้าของท่านจะทรงกำจัดประชาชาติเหล่านั้นไปจากต่อหน้าท่าน อันเป็นที่ซึ่งท่านไปเพื่อยึดครองพวกเขา และท่านสืบทอดต่อจากพวกเขา และอาศัยอยู่ในแผ่นดินของพวกเขา
12:29 When the LORD thy God shall cut off the nations from before thee, whither thou goest to possess them, and thou succeedest them, and dwellest in their land;
12:30 จงเอาใจใส่ตัวท่านเองให้ดี ที่ท่านจะไม่ติดกับดักโดยการติดตามพวกเขา หลังจากที่พวกเขาถูกทำลายไปจากต่อหน้าท่านแล้วนั้น และที่ท่านจะไม่ไต่ถามเรื่องพระต่าง ๆ ของพวกเขา โดยกล่าวว่า ประชาชาติเหล่านี้เคยปรนนิบัติบรรดาพระของพวกเขาอย่างไร ข้าก็จะกระทำอย่างนั้นเหมือนกัน
12:30 Take heed to thyself that thou be not snared by following them, after that they be destroyed from before thee; and that thou enquire not after their gods, saying, How did these nations serve their gods? even so will I do likewise.
12:31 ท่านต้องไม่กระทำอย่างนั้นแก่พระเยโฮวาห์พระเจ้าของท่าน เพราะว่าสิ่งที่น่าสะอิดสะเอียนทุกอย่างต่อพระเยโฮวาห์ ซึ่งพระองค์ทรงเกลียดชังนั้น พวกเขาได้กระทำต่อพระทั้งหลายของพวกเขา เพราะว่าแม้แต่บรรดาบุตรชายของพวกเขาและบุตรสาวทั้งหลายของพวกเขา พวกเขาก็เผาด้วยไฟถวายแก่บรรดาพระของพวกเขา
12:31 Thou shalt not do so unto the LORD thy God: for every abomination to the LORD, which he hateth, have they done unto their gods; for even their sons and their daughters they have burnt in the fire to their gods.
12:32 สิ่งใดก็ตามที่ข้าพเจ้าบัญชาพวกท่านนั้น จงระวังที่จะกระทำตามสิ่งนั้น ท่านต้องไม่เพิ่มเติมอะไรเข้ากับหรือตัดอะไรออกจากสิ่งนั้น
12:32 What thing soever I command you, observe to do it: thou shalt not add thereto, nor diminish from it.
