โยบกล่าวย้ำว่าท่านเชื่อในพระเจ้า
26:1 แต่โยบตอบและกล่าวว่า

Job Repeats His Faith in God
26:1 But Job answered and said,

26:2 “ท่านได้ช่วยผู้ที่ขาดกำลังอย่างไร ท่านช่วยแขนที่ไม่มีแรงให้พ้นอย่างไร

26:2 How hast thou helped him that is without power? how savest thou the arm that hath no strength?

26:3 ท่านได้ให้คำปรึกษาแก่คนที่ไม่มีสติปัญญาอย่างไร และท่านได้ประกาศสิ่งนั้นอย่างที่มันเป็นโดยสมบูรณ์อย่างไร

26:3 How hast thou counselled him that hath no wisdom? and how hast thou plentifully declared the thing as it is?

26:4 ท่านได้เปล่งวาจาทั้งหลายออกมาแก่ใครเล่า และวิญญาณของใครได้ออกมาจากท่าน

26:4 To whom hast thou uttered words? and whose spirit came from thee?

26:5 สิ่งที่ตายแล้วต่าง ๆ ถูกก่อร่างขึ้นจากใต้น้ำทั้งหลาย และบรรดาสิ่งที่อยู่ในนั้น

26:5 Dead things are formed from under the waters, and the inhabitants thereof.

26:6 นรกเปลือยอยู่ต่อพระพักตร์พระองค์ และแดนพินาศไม่มีอะไรปกคลุม

26:6 Hell is naked before him, and destruction hath no covering.

26:7 พระองค์ทรงคลี่ทางทิศเหนือออกคลุมที่เวิ้งว้าง และแขวนแผ่นดินโลกไว้เหนือที่ว่างเปล่า

26:7 He stretcheth out the north over the empty place, and hangeth the earth upon nothing.

26:8 พระองค์ทรงผูกมัดน้ำเหล่านั้นไว้ในหมู่เมฆทึบของพระองค์ และเมฆนั้นก็ไม่ฉีกขาดไปภายใต้น้ำเหล่านั้น

26:8 He bindeth up the waters in his thick clouds; and the cloud is not rent under them.

26:9 พระองค์ทรงคลุมหน้าของพระที่นั่งของพระองค์ไว้ และคลี่เมฆของพระองค์ออกคลุมมันไว้

26:9 He holdeth back the face of his throne, and spreadeth his cloud upon it.

26:10 พระองค์ทรงขีดปริมณฑลไว้รอบน้ำเหล่านั้น จนกว่ากลางวันและกลางคืนมาถึงการสิ้นสุดลง

26:10 He hath compassed the waters with bounds, until the day and night come to an end.

26:11 บรรดาเสาของฟ้าสวรรค์สะทกสะท้านและประหลาดใจเมื่อพระองค์ทรงตำหนิ

26:11 The pillars of heaven tremble and are astonished at his reproof.

26:12 พระองค์ทรงแยกทะเลด้วยอานุภาพของพระองค์ และโดยความเข้าพระทัยของพระองค์ พระองค์ทรงตีคนจองหองให้ทะลุ

26:12 He divideth the sea with his power, and by his understanding he smiteth through the proud.

26:13 โดยพระวิญญาณของพระองค์ พระองค์ได้ทรงตกแต่งฟ้าสวรรค์ทั้งหลาย พระหัตถ์ของพระองค์ได้สร้างพญานาคที่ขด

26:13 By his spirit he hath garnished the heavens; his hand hath formed the crooked serpent.

26:14 ดูเถิด เหล่านี้เป็นเพียงส่วนต่าง ๆ แห่งทางทั้งหลายของพระองค์ แต่สิ่งที่ได้ยินเกี่ยวกับพระองค์ก็เป็นส่วนที่เล็กน้อยขนาดไหน แต่เสียงฟ้าร้องแห่งฤทธิ์อำนาจของพระองค์ ใครสามารถเข้าใจได้”

26:14 Lo, these are parts of his ways: but how little a portion is heard of him? but the thunder of his power who can understand?
